Job Description

BFG Global Consulting, LLC, located in Abuja, is seeking a full-time Training and Development Analyst. In this role, you will design and implement training programs, develop instructional materials, and assess training effectiveness. Responsibilities include identifying training needs, creating content, and delivering sessions while collaborating with various departments to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development, analytical abilities, strong communication skills, and experience in instructional design. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field is preferred. Professional certifications in training and development are a plus.
