Job Description
Advocaat Law Practice, a premier law firm in Nigeria, is seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Officer. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, possessing excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset. Responsibilities include greeting clients, managing phone calls, emails, and scheduling appointments.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree, 2-3 years of relevant experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong organizational abilities. Experience with event planning is advantageous.
