Job Description

Location: Gwarimpa, Abuja

Salary: 150k (gross)

We are urgently seeking an Admin/HR Assistant for our client, a leading company in the fashion industry specializing in fabric sales. This role is essential for supporting administrative tasks and assisting with HR functions, ensuring smooth internal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee records and attendance.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Manage communications and provide general administrative support.
  • Support payroll preparation and follow HR policies.

Requirements:

  • OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Admin, HR, or related field.
  • 1–2 years’ experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and email.
