Job Description
The Advancement Place is seeking a well-presented and customer-oriented Hotel Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will handle front desk responsibilities, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries in Abeokuta, Ogun State.
Job Summary: Minimum Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E), Experience Level: Entry level, Experience Length: 1 year.
Responsibilities: You’ll welcome guests warmly, manage reservations, maintain records, and ensure the front desk is tidy. Address guest inquiries and complaints courteously while coordinating with other departments.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and a friendly demeanor. Previous hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
