Job Description
Prime Watermark Consulting is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of Kitchen to join our team. In this critical role, you will manage kitchen staff and coordinate food orders to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Your responsibilities include supervising food preparation, checking food plating and temperature, establishing portion sizes, scheduling staff shifts, and collaborating with management on menu pricing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦150,00.00 – ₦180,00.00 per month
Education: Post-secondary (technical & vocational) required; Experience: 3 years in kitchen management required.
