Job Description
Altara Credit Limited is seeking a dedicated Field Recovery Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recovering bad debts from delinquent debtors, developing customized recovery strategies, and making outbound collection calls. Daily monitoring of the debt portfolio and reducing non-performing debts is essential. Additional tasks may be assigned by your Superior.
Requirements:
- Available to resume immediately
- 2+ years of experience in debt recovery (finance company, microfinance, or bank)
- Must reside in Abuja and surrounding areas
- Street smart and able to meet deadlines
- Strong ability to adhere to policies and performance goals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦90,00.00 per month
