Job Description
Jibs-Ray Nigeria Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our kitchen operations in Ikate, Lekki. As a Production Supervisor, you will manage a team of kitchen staff, ensuring daily activities run smoothly, including sanitation, inventory control, and menu planning.
Key responsibilities include supervising food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, and controlling portion costs. The ideal candidate will have a University Degree, commercial cooking experience, and management skills. Creativity and excellent multitasking abilities are essential.
