Job Description
LIBRA PARTNERS is seeking a full-time Head of Internal Control to oversee the design and implementation of internal control frameworks. This role ensures financial reporting accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and a proven track record in financial reporting and finance, with at least 10 years of experience, particularly in the agricultural sector.
Key qualifications include excellent problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work on-site. Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA) and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field are preferred.
