- Minimum one-year sales experience in a financial institution or microfinance bank.
- BSc/HND/BED in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience with financial securities products, Account Opening, and Loan Management.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
