Job Description
10PointZero Nigeria Limited is seeking a vibrant Customer Service Representative to enhance our customer relations in the CCTV and GPS tracking installations industry. Our ideal candidate will be young and energetic, ready to assist customers courteously while also driving sales through effective communication.
Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Support existing customers with their needs and subscription renewals.
- Generate new business opportunities through telemarketing.
Requirements:
- OND in a relevant field.
- 1 year of work experience.
Working hours: Mon – Fri (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM) at our office located on Herbert Macaulay Way, Yaba, Lagos.
