Job Description
7treads Consults, a leading consultancy and recruitment services company, is seeking to fill the position of Call Centre Agent in Ikeja, Lagos and Enugu. This is a full-time role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls.
- Utilize communication scripts.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions.
- Explore upselling opportunities.
- Build strong customer relationships.

Requirements: SSCE / OND / HND / Bachelor’s with 0-2 years of experience.
