Job Description
Careers Verified is seeking a dedicated Recovery Officer responsible for monitoring and following up on outstanding debts. The ideal candidate will negotiate repayment plans with clients and ensure timely recovery of funds while maintaining professionalism and empathy during difficult conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers with overdue accounts.
- Negotiate repayment schedules in line with company policies.
- Monitor customer accounts and take proactive actions.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities.
Requirements: Knowledge of debt recovery regulations, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
