Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests at The Borough Lagos. This role is essential in managing the flow of the dining room and ensuring a positive first impression for every guest.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival.
- Manage seating and reservations to optimize guest flow.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
