Job Description
Livin Spaces is seeking a motivated and highly organized Administrative/Personal Assistant to enhance our team. The ideal candidate should be computer literate, possess strong organizational and time management skills, and demonstrate excellent communication abilities. A degree in Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Take notes during meetings.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Prepare documents for meetings and travel.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
