Job Description

Commitment: 3–6 months, full-time or part-time contract
About the Role: As a Project-Based Virtual Assistant, you will support our MVP discovery sprint by assisting with research, design, and investor readiness, allowing leadership to focus on strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling of interviews, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Send structured communications to stakeholders and users.
- Prepare and maintain organized documentation in Notion.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of professional experience.
- Detail-oriented and excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Notion.
