Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Workforce Coordinator to efficiently schedule our workforce and ensure smooth communication between departments at Rohlik.cz. Join us in our new Biatorbágy warehouse this fall, with training at our central office.
Your responsibilities include:
- Designing workforce schedules.
- Daily communication with managers and employees.
- Managing attendance and performance.
- Performing administrative tasks.
- Providing operational support.
- Facilitating new employee integration.
Ideal candidates will have English proficiency, strong communication and organizational skills, and excel in Excel.
