Job Description
Greengates Specialties Ltd is currently seeking a Logistics Customer Service Representative (Customer Care Officer). In this role, you will manage distribution, understand customs requirements, and communicate with suppliers and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage outbound and inbound shipments.
- Communicate with carriers to resolve any issues.
- Prepare and review invoices for accuracy.
- Provide timely updates and maintain daily communication with customers.
- Document and report irregularities to your Supervisor.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, 0-4 years of experience, fluent in English and 2 Nigerian languages, and reside around Yaba, Lagos with a valid driver’s license.
