Job Description
Bedrock Residencies is seeking a polished, service-oriented Waitron to join our hospitality team in Lagos. As a Waitron, you will provide exceptional guest service in a relaxed lounge setting, ensuring comfort and timely service. This entry-level position requires at least 2 years of experience in a hospitality or lounge environment.
Responsibilities include: welcoming guests, taking accurate food and beverage orders, upselling products, maintaining a clean environment, and resolving guest complaints professionally.
Requirements: High School (S.S.C.E) minimum qualification, strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and a neat appearance.
