Job Description
Kenex Konsults International is seeking a qualified Document Controller and Bidding Officer to manage project documentation and support bidding processes. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate records, timely submissions, and compliance with company requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage company/project documents.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation in line with standards.
- Prepare and submit tender/bid documents on time.
- Liaise with teams and clients to gather information.
- Track bid opportunities and monitor deadlines.
Requirements:
- HND in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
