Job Description
FairMoney is on a mission to establish the leading mobile bank for emerging markets, starting with our innovative digital microcredit application and expanding into diverse financial services.
We are looking for a Customer Support Team Lead to join our Abuja office in a full-time capacity. You will manage daily operations, supervise the resolution team, and ensure exceptional customer support.
Key requirements include a university degree, at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. A Master’s degree is a plus.
