This full-time role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, monitoring inventory, coordinating with vendors, and implementing sales strategies. Candidates should have an HND or B.Sc in a related field and possess 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment. Strong leadership, communication skills, and knowledge of inventory management are essential.
