Job Description
H&C Outsourcing Limited is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Vice Principal to join our team. In this role, you will not only teach but also help manage the daily operations of our school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Principal in ensuring smooth school operations.
- Teach assigned subjects and foster student learning.
- Supervise teachers to ensure effective lesson delivery.
- Maintain discipline and promote a safe, friendly learning environment.
- Organize school events, exams, and extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate closely with parents, students, and faculty.
- Serve as acting Principal when required.
