Job Description
Join Checkoff Finance as a Telesales Executive, where you will be responsible for promoting and selling our loan products over the phone. You’ll build customer relationships and strive to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make daily outbound calls to enhance lead conversion.
- Maintain customer data accuracy in our CRM and follow up on leads.
- Upsell and cross-sell loan products.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure retention.
- Collaborate with teammates to improve onboarding and sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum HND/B.Sc., completed NYSC.
- Sales experience, strong communication skills, and tech-savvy.
Salary: ₦80,00/month + commission and benefits.
