Job Description

AO2LAW, a leading provider of full legal services in the Technology, Energy & Infrastructure, and Finance sectors, is seeking a Company Secretary. This full-time hybrid position is based in Lekki, with some remote work flexibility.

The Company Secretary will oversee legal and regulatory compliance, maintain statutory records, coordinate board meetings, and provide legal advice. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of post-call experience in corporate governance and hold at least a 2:1 in BL/LLB. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
