West Africa Vocational Education (WAVE) is seeking a dedicated Customer Service / Retail Representative for our growing Islamic retail organization in Lekki and Ikeja. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and be passionate about providing exceptional retail experiences.
Responsibilities include warmly greeting customers, addressing inquiries, providing accurate product information, managing transactions, and maintaining store organization. Applicants should have a B.Sc. or HND in a relevant field, with 1-2 years of customer service or retail experience. A neat appearance and basic computer skills are required. Candidates comfortable in an Islamic retail environment are encouraged to apply.
