Job Description
Bons Industries Limited, a reputable food processing company, is seeking the services of an experienced and professional Customer Service Officer/Executive to join our team in Enugu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and addressing customer needs to ensure satisfaction while managing a high volume of inbound phone calls promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to provide effective solutions.
- Handle numerous inbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications with at least 5 years of experience.
Salary: N150,00 – N200,00 monthly.
