Job Description

Salary: ₦250,00
Marvel Advisory is seeking an HR Manager to lead HR functions for our logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will drive recruitment, workforce planning, and talent management, while implementing performance management systems tailored to logistics operations.
Responsibilities include overseeing training, staff development, and succession planning, as well as ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements: B.Sc./HND in Human Resources or related field, 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role, and previous experience in the logistics industry.
Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.
