Job Description
The WenA Initiative is looking for a dedicated Research & Documentation Officer to support our project research, monitoring, and reporting efforts. This role includes assisting with fieldwork and M&E activities, documenting project progress, and analyzing data for evidence-based recommendations. The successful candidate will ensure timely and accurate reporting while maintaining detailed records.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, or a related field with 3 years of mid-level experience in research and monitoring & evaluation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools is a must.
