Job Description
Optimum Exposures Limited, Africa’s leading innovative communications company, is seeking a dedicated Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Lagos. With 40 years of experience connecting brands with their audiences, we pride ourselves on our expertise in the out-of-home communications sector.
Responsibilities:
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy in matching purchase orders.
- Prepare and execute timely payments through bank transfers or checks.
- Maintain accurate vendor records and address inquiries promptly.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts payable ledgers.
- Ensure adherence to financial controls and policies.
- Support managers with additional tasks as required.
Requirements: Candidates should hold an HND/Bachelor’s Degree with 3-6 years of relevant experience.
