We are seeking a skilled HR/Admin Officer to support the human resources and administrative functions at U-Connect, an events and construction company.
Responsibilities: Manage HR processes, handle administrative tasks, support employee relations, coordinate training, assist in payroll, ensure compliance, and provide general support.
Requirements: Proven experience in HR/Admin roles, understanding of HR practices, strong organizational skills, discretion with confidential information, proficient in MS Office, and a degree in any field.
Salary: ₦120,00 during probation (3 months), ₦150,00 upon confirmation.
