Job Description
Join Workforce Group as a Learning and Development Specialist in Lekki Phase 1. This full-time position supports the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs that enhance workforce capabilities. Responsibilities include creating engaging materials, facilitating training sessions, and customizing solutions with teams.
We seek candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business, or a related field, plus 3+ years of L&D or HR experience. Certifications like CIPM, ATD, or SHRM are preferred.
