Job Description
NTEL, a leading Nigerian telecommunications company established in 2016, is seeking a professional Front Desk Officer for our Lagos Island location. This is a contract position.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and register visitors professionally.
- Answer and direct incoming calls courteously.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Receive and distribute incoming mails promptly.
- Monitor visitor access ensuring compliance with security protocols.
Qualifications:
- HND or BSc in any discipline, preferably Social Sciences.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Receptionist/Customer Service.
