The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for D’xplorer Cakes, creating a professional and welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and employees. This role involves managing the front desk, responding to inquiries, directing calls and guests, and providing essential administrative support for smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors professionally.
• Answer, screen, and forward phone calls.
• Maintain a tidy and professional reception area.
• Handle correspondence and visitor logs.
• Schedule appointments and meetings.
• Assist with clerical duties as needed.
