Job Description
PC Recruit Nigeria is seeking a Front Desk Executive to join our team in Lagos. This full-time position offers a salary ranging from NGN 75,00 to 150,00, negotiable based on experience. The ideal candidate will handle patient registration and appointments, answer phone inquiries, maintain patient records, process payments, and ensure an organized front desk area.
Responsibilities: Manage patient reception, customer service, records management, appointment scheduling, billing, and provide administrative support.
Requirements: Minimum HND/B.Sc., strong customer service skills, computer literacy, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask.
