Job Description
Shurefire Global Link Limited is seeking a friendly and patient Customer Support Officer to enhance our growing team. You will provide a seamless experience for customers and merchants on our digital platform for building materials and services. Your responsibilities include responding to inquiries, assisting with merchant onboarding, managing complaints, and promoting a positive user experience.
A degree in Business Administration or a related field is essential, along with strong communication skills. Previous customer support experience is a plus. We offer competitive pay between ₦100,00.00 – ₦120,00.00 monthly, flexible work structure, and growth opportunities.
