About Us: Telvin FX Automation is a rapidly growing fintech startup dedicated to simplifying Forex trading through automation, trading bots, and innovative financial technology solutions. We are seeking a dedicated Admin Secretary to support our daily operations and maintain smooth documentation.
Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, organize files, schedule meetings, manage bookkeeping, and assist the CEO with administrative tasks.
Requirements: Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Google Workspace, good communication skills, and prior experience in an admin/secretary role is preferred.
