Job Description
Philban Consulting Ltd is seeking a dedicated Client Relations Officer to be the primary liaison between our company and our valued clients. This role will ensure seamless communication, timely issue resolution, and high client satisfaction, while providing essential administrative support to the Office Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly address and resolve client issues.
- Assist the Office Manager with administrative tasks.
- Support coordination of events and client engagements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in a client-facing or administrative role.
