Job Description

ISGN is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Associate Manager to join our Real Estate & Private Equity team in Lagos. The successful candidate will support investment decisions, manage assets, and drive portfolio performance while engaging with investors and stakeholders to achieve the firm’s strategic objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business Admin, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
