Job Description
OMOAREGA CONSULTING LIMITED is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Construction Foreman to oversee our construction sites in Ikoyi, Lagos. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding time management abilities and strong leadership skills to ensure that projects adhere to schedules while meeting the needs of property owners and tenants.
Key responsibilities include maintaining construction schedules, hiring and managing staff, liaising with stakeholders, ordering materials, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Applicants should have supervisory experience, a background in construction, and exceptional project management and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦200,00.00 – ₦250,00.00 per month
