Job Description
Reports To: General Manager
Job Purpose: To implement HR policies, manage staff relations, payroll, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
- Coordinate staff training and performance appraisals.
- Prepare and manage payroll documentation.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Human Resource Management or related field
- 3–5 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of labor laws.
Salary: ₦500,00.00 per month
