Job Description
Class Suites Hotels & Apartments is a modern-style hotel chain with locations in Lagos, Abuja, and Ibadan, conveniently close to the Airport. We are currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Officer to join our team in Jabi, Abuja (FCT).
Responsibilities:
- Inspect buildings and grounds, identifying potential repair issues.
- Handle minor repairs, including painting, plumbing, and landscaping.
- Manage external contractors for repairs and servicing.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to avoid equipment malfunctions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities.
- Perform general grounds maintenance.
Requirement: SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification required.
