The Email Marketing Specialist will develop and optimize campaigns to enhance customer engagement and conversion. Responsibilities include managing email templates, executing campaigns, automating workflows, segmenting email lists, and collaborating with creatives. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of experience, and proficiency in email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot. Copywriting and HTML experience is a plus.
