Location: Nigeria / Dallas, Texas (depending on branch)
Department: Customer Service
Reports To: Customer Service Manager / Operations Manager
Job Summary: The Customer Service Officer at Mama Jones African Market is responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, managing inquiries, handling orders, resolving complaints, and maintaining accurate records to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Previous customer service experience in food or retail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with CRM software.
Pay: ₦150,00 per month
Expected Start Date: 01/11/2025
