Job Description
Machine and Equipment Corporation Africa is seeking a dedicated and skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our team. In this role, you will assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, providing legal support in corporate governance and compliance, and conducting legal research.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Law (LL.B and B.L)
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
