Job Description
WalexBizgroup is seeking a dedicated and experienced Club Manager to oversee our club operations. The successful candidate will manage staff, set business goals, enhance revenue strategies, and address grievances promptly. Responsibilities include issuing disciplinary actions and ensuring the club exceeds monthly revenue targets while maintaining optimal equipment and facilities.
Ideal candidates should have an OND, HND, or BSC in Business Management with at least 3 years of experience as a lounge/club manager. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential.
