Job Description

RemoteAID HR is seeking a Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales department. You’ll manage and train the sales team, and work closely with the Marketing Head to identify new business opportunities. Your mission is to turn prospects into proud homeowners through strategic leadership and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Design effective sales strategies.
  • Build relationships with clients and investors.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns.

  • Monitor team performance and prepare sales reports.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in real estate sales, strong leadership skills, and knowledge of Abuja’s property market.
