Job Description
Toasties Limited is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director (MD) in various administrative tasks. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing the MD’s calendar, organizing meetings, drafting correspondence, and handling confidential information with discretion.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Salary: N200,00 Monthly.
