Job Description
Prestigious Consulting Group is seeking a results-driven and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee all operations of our lounge. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, staff coordination, guest satisfaction, and profitability while maintaining high hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant, bar, and kitchen operations.
- Supervise and motivate staff for excellent service.
- Handle guest concerns and provide prompt resolutions.
- Track sales performance and develop revenue strategies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Lead staff recruitment and training initiatives.
Requirements: OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Salary: N250,00 / Month.
