Job Description
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Salary: ₦300K – ₦500K (Accommodation Available)
A leading multinational hospitality company, HIREFORME HR SOLUTIONS, is seeking a highly experienced Guest Experience Supervisor to enhance our floor operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage floor staff for outstanding guest experiences.
- Implement international hospitality standards.
- Supervise daily operations and guest interactions.
- Train staff to uphold service standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in multinational hotels (e.g., Sheraton, Marriott).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for world-class hospitality experiences.
