Job Description
Swift Consulting Limited is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Front Desk / Customer Service Officer in the Agro-allied sector. This full-time role is based in Imo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a tidy and inviting reception area.
- Professionally handle phone calls, inquiries, and complaints.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and customers.
- Provide accurate information about our farm’s products and services.
- Process customer orders and manage front office operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum HND/BSc Degree in a related field.
- Experience in front desk or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
